A Message from CEVA About Regionals
Hello CEVA Members,
Regional’s are just around the corner! We want to keep you as up-to-date on the information as possible and we have some stuff to help prepare you!
RV Passes:RV parking will be available at Oregon State University behind Reser Stadium. RV passes are required for those wanting to stay in their RV during Regional’s. If you would like an RV pass, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with a check for $50 to CEVA, 4840 SW Western Ave, Suite 450 Beaverton, OR 97005. We will mail you a pass to place on your dashboard. RV’s can begin parking Friday April 20th after 5pm and must be gone after the tournament ends on Sunday evening. No overnight camping will be allowed on Sunday evening and anyone left will be under the discretion of OSU’s parking services.
Locations:We have posted on the Regional’s Page the locations that pools will be playing at OSU and surrounding facilities on April 21st, 22nd and April 28th. We won’t know where teams will play until we receive the results from April Power League for seeding. (Please note that locations are tentative and may change.)
Hotels:Hotel space is limited. If you have not booked your hotel yet, please do so asap.
Vendors Available: Truax will host multiple vendors. Non food vendors: Fine Design T-shirts (customizable), Aries Apparel, Referee Photo, OSU’s Game Day booth, Cookie Lee and possible others. Food vendors: Jamba Juice, Domino’s Pizza, University Hero, Cafe Yumm, Dippin Dots, Allan Bros., Bakery. There will also be an ATM available in Truax.
Food Policies:
Food policies will be strictly enforced by the CEVA staff, tournament directors, court monitors, food monitors and other helpers. Please be aware of the food policies at each facility and the sanctions for a violation of the food policy listed in the Junior Handbook, section 7.13. We will also have postings at each facility. We ask that you help us in keeping each facility clean and presentable.
Board of Directors Nominations:
Are you or someone you know interested in being a part of the the CEVA Board of Directors? Do you feel your knowledge and experience can benefit our region? Please read through the Self Nomination Form and submit your application by March 31st. Voting will take place during the Regional Tournament.
