Better Athletes Competitive sport demands intentional effort to enable the athlete to consistently progress from lower to higher skill levels. CCJV is committed to the consistent development of the whole athlete because we believe that is the true path to success both for the team and the individual.

Quality Coaches  The greatest asset of our club is our coaches. CCJV is committed to recruiting coaches high in both character and skill. We can only hold athletes to a high performance standard if we do the same for our coaches. We’re committed to the ongoing development of our coaches both in terms of technical skill as well as overall personal growth.

Winning Parents  CCJV recognizes that it is the parents who are the “Team Owners.” They write the checks, they deliver the kids and they are the ones cheering in the stands. Therefore, it is our obligation and privilege to serve them by creating and sustaining an organization that honors their efforts to give THEIR kids a positive experience.
